Clalit Mushlam Gold
- Subscription will be updated in the Clalit system within 72 hours. Customer card and service book, including the Plan’s Regulations will be sent to each new subscriber’s address within 14 business days.
- The first charge by the Clalit systems may be higher than normal since it includes relative payment for the period from the joining until the set monthly payment date.
- Entitlement to the Plan’s health services is conditioned by a period of qualification (accumulative seniority in the Plan) of 3-24 months. Examples of qualification periods are listed herein.
- The qualification period in the Clalit Mushlam Plans upon transferring clients to Clalit from another HMO will be determined based on confirmation of seniority and the client’s coverages in the previous HMO, which will be furnished to Clalit
- Monthly payment rates vary according to age groups and are linked to the CPI.
- As Clalit Mushlam members, you will receive periodic updates regarding services and entitlement in the Clalit Mushlam Health Plan, via email or text messages. If you would like to discontinue this service, you can do so at any time via our call center at *2700.
- Please note that the Regulations, including any updates thereof from time to time, constitutes a conclusive and binding instrument regarding the terms of each plan. You can also view the Regulations on the Clalit Mushlam website.
- The Plans’ terms are subject to the approval and instructions of the Ministry of Health as they may be from time to time. Any changes required by the Ministry of Health will apply retroactively.

Dental care in Clalit Smile Clinics
We at Clalit Mushlam have formed a family dental services and discounts package. The services are offered in 85 Clalit Smile clinics across Israel. The Clalit Mushlam dental care services include, among others: free annual dental checkup, free plaque removal once a year, preserving dental care from the age of 16 at a 25% discount, no seniority required, and orthodontics for children at a 25% discount after 1-years’ seniority in the Mushlam Gold coverage.
Consultation with Expert Specialist Physician
In Clalit Mushlam you can consult Israel’s senior leading physicians, approved by Clalit Mushlam. Each member is entitled to 3 consultations per calendar year, which can be realized in one of two ways, or in both: consultation with expert specialist physician via the “Doctors’ Network” for only 150 ILS, and consultation with a specialist physician in a Clalit Mushlam approved refund plan at a 80% discount and up to approximately 600 ILS. Women get an additional pregnancy and childbirth related consultation per calendar year. This service can be realized after accumulating 6 months’ seniority.
Child Development Treatments
We offer a variety of child development treatments for children aged 3-18, after realizing your Health Services Basket rights. 30-45 treatments for ages 3-9 and 30 treatments for ages 10-18 per calendar year for the following treatments: occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy and others, with deductibles starting at 30 ILS deductible per session in arrangement institutes. In the refund option: 75% and up to about 100 ILS per session for treatments performed by physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists and social workers. For treatments such as equestrian therapy, swimming, expression and art, deductibles are 45 ILS per session. This plan includes up to 30 sessions per calendar year in arrangement institutes, and no more than 100 sessions during all membership periods in the plan. Emotional or mental therapies performed by a psychologist or a social worker have deductibles of about 110 ILS in arrangement institutes. This service can be realized after 6 months’ accumulated seniority.
